A new cold storage project isn’t always about what goes into the building, but what goes into the community as well.

In the case of our Wolverine project in Detroit, MI, we used space surrounding the facility to create a modern three-acre park featuring a walking path, basketball court, baseball field, playground and workout area that was gifted back to the city upon completion.
