Ti Cold, the Coolest name in the business, is seeking a Vice President of Engineering that will lead a team of experienced professionals.

In this role, the VP of Engineering will:

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project design completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate project ideas through sketches and 3D modeling programs such as AutoCad & Autodesk Revit
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to design standards
  • Be capable of coordinating with professionals across engineering trades to develop drawings, racking layouts, and other engineering documents

Ti Cold is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Project Manager with industrial experience to join our team.

In this role, the Refrigeration Project Manager will:

  • Be responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of pre-engineering, refrigeration consulting, budget development, pacing, and installation of refrigeration systems for each project.
  • Negotiate contracts with refrigeration subcontractors and vendors, confirming that all phases of the work are encompassed and that a clear definition of work responsibility is defined.
  • Coordinate with third parties to ensure optimum value, quality, and conformance to project specifications.
  • Facilitate the purchase & delivery of all refrigeration system materials in coordination with the construction project manager.

The Development Internship role is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams internally and externally including JV partners, investors, and stakeholders to execute real estate strategies that support Ti Cold’s short term and long-term Real Estate expansion goals. We are seeking candidates who can efficiently manage Real Estate focused responsibilities to further enhance our internal Real Estate capabilities to ensure that our cold storage Real Estate portfolio drives companywide success. The internship will be based in our Melbourne, FL office. Ideal duration is 10-12 weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide market and site analysis, assist in the creation of sales decks, perform data modeling and financial analysis to assist in comprehensive Real Estate investment decisions and strategy
  • Coordinate with Vice President of Real Estate Development to develop market and site selection criteria matrix to help identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Utilize complex data modeling and GIS to evaluate markets, sites, competition, demographics, and economic data to expand real estate network, inform leadership and execute short term and long-term goals.
