At the heart of this success, is Sam Tippmann. Being raised in a family with a rich history in cold storage construction, Sam inherited a wealth of knowledge, which fueled his drive to find new solutions and enhance the efficiency of cold storage facilities.
20 years ago, Sam Tippmann saw an emerging need in the market for cold storage facilities between 20,000 and 60,000 square feet—an underserved segment that sparked his decision to branch out on his own. With only one employee, he founded Tippmann Innovation.
The Future of Tippmann Innovation
As the company grew, so did the team, with key partners like Josh, our VP of Construction, and Rob, our Executive VP, playing essential roles in Tippmann Innovation’s success. What started as a small, tight-knit team has expanded, enabling us to tackle larger, more complex frozen warehouses and processing facilities, that exceed more than 300,000 square feet. Sam’s leadership, paired with the expertise and dedication of his team, has transformed Tippmann Innovation into one of the industry’s prominent leaders.
