Ti Cold is the new brand for our established company Tippmann Innovation that brings decades of experience to the complex endeavor of building industrial cold storage. Ti Cold’s continued growth and evolution into the development of state-of-the-art facilities in addition to our tried-and-true design-build services helped solidify the need for an updated brand. “We felt it was the appropriate time to advance the brand in lockstep with our continually evolving business,” said Sam Tippmann, President of Ti Cold.

“When it comes to cold storage, if you can dream it, we can build it,” added Tippmann. “In fact, we may already be building it. At Ti Cold, we offer a comprehensive breadth of services in support of the cold chain. Whatever the product or process our customers need, we’ve got this down COLD, Ti Cold.”

BentallGreenOak (BGO) Partnership

Ti Cold’s rock-solid foundation can be seen in the recently announced equity commitment by BentallGreenOak (BGO), a global real estate investment manager. BGO has committed to providing capital to fund real estate development in all of Ti Cold’s land positions, supporting the construction, development, and management of the company’s cold storage assets in multiple key markets across North America.

“One of the keys to the success of Ti Cold,” Tippmann said, “is the turn-key nature of our processes. We bring time-honed expertise to provide a full suite of cold storage construction and development services, including master site planning and operations guidance. Starting from bare dirt, we take our customers to an efficient building that can scale with your business and that is designed to maximize profitability through fully integrated operations and supply chain. And we have a proven track record throughout the US and Canada.”

Canadian Project for Sierra Supply Chain & Penta Properties

A recent Canadian project is the 65-million-dollar complex in the city of Hamilton, a suburb of Toronto, which has nearly 250,000 sq. ft. of storage space and 30,000 sq. ft. of food processing space. Ti Cold worked with long-term partners Sierra Supply Chain and Penta Properties to make the project a reality.

The continued evolution of Ti Cold is also evident in the impressive leadership team, including recent addition, Ryan Fuesting, VP of Real Estate Development. Fuesting brings an MBA and over a decade of experience with him, including executive-level assignments with a major food chain, where he managed a 230 store, 4M sq. ft. portfolio.

“Ryan Fuesting was responsible for all aspects of facility management for more than 200 grocery stores,“ said Tippmann, “a huge responsibility, and an experience that translates quickly into our expanding development and facility management services.”

Development Project Updates for Phoenix, AZ & Reno, NV

Two recent projects now available for build-to-suit and leasing opportunities help to illustrate the scope of Ti Cold’s commitment to quality: Copperwing Logistics Center in Phoenix, AZ and Tahoe Reno Industrial Center in Nevada. The Phoenix facility is approximately 293,265 sq. ft. with 40,000 pallet positions, while the Reno building clocks in at 255,000 sq. ft. and 40,000 pallet positions.

“Ti Cold is on the move,” said Tippmann, “site work has begun and steel, panels and refrigeration are ordered for our Phoenix and Reno projects with expected completion in Q1, 2023. We believe that through the powerful combination of experience, partnerships and process, Ti Cold will realize its vision to grow scalable, socially responsible and environmentally conscientious cold storage capacity, in each of the markets and regions in which we build.”
